I am a licensed therapist in Baltimore, trained to help people individually and within their relationships. I can help you feel more connected with yourself and in your relationship.
I am passionate about helping improve relationships, as I know they are integral to our quality of life. As an attachment-oriented therapist, I will work with you both individually and relationally to grow in your understanding of your own patterns and how they impact the relationship. After working with me, you will not only feel closer with your partner, but you will develop a deeper understanding of yourself. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the gold standard for couples therapy. EFT is an experiential model of therapy that helps to reduce relational distress and create secure relational bonds. As both an EFT trained therapist and client of EFT, I feel confident and excited about this model’s ability to create long-lasting change.
As a mom and wife, I understand the pressures daily life and parenting can put on relationships. I would like to help you navigate these challenges so that you feel closer and stronger, versus alone and frustrated.
